Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Glitter Tribe, we truly believe our biodegradable glitter is rather fabulous.

However… apparently “trust us, it’s amazing” is not considered an official legal refund policy.

So here’s the proper version.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • the product must be unused
  • the packaging must be in its original condition
  • proof of purchase must be provided

Please do not send products back without contacting us beforehand.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent via Registered Post or tracked shipping, and we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your parcel.

The Glitter Tribe is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during return transit.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


A Few Important Notes

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds because:

  • glitter ended up absolutely everywhere
  • your floor is now sparkling permanently
  • you attempted to eat it on a cupcake
  • your cat became fabulous

(Please don’t eat the glitter.)
